There is a boom in new construction in Princeton right now that shows no sign of abating. Though there are no large tracts of land left to build developments on, builders seek out the bigger lots with modest homes on them and tear down the existing houses, build new homes or renovate the existing houses. Much of Princeton was built in the 1950's so there are many homes that are smaller and becoming obsolete. Some of these homes are walking distance to downtown Princeton, some are more of a hike and some are driving or biking distance. There are several builders that do most of the building in the Princeton market such as Heritage Home Builders, Pinneo Construction, Palomar Builders, Blue Crest Builders, and Lasley Brahaney to name a few.
